The best time to start this meditation is first thing in the morning just as you get up, or in the evening as you're about to go to sleep. To make it the best and most effective experience, feel out your emotions (happiness, gratefulness, sadness, tears, frustration, anger, serenity, etc) and incorporate your five senses (touch, smell, sight, hearing, and taste).
